Pineapple slices (6-10)
Thinly sliced ginger (5 slices)
Mint leaves (14)
Ice and water (1 quart)
Slice pineapple into long and thin sections.
Add the ginger and let sit for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Add the mint a few minutes before serving.
1 small lemon sliced thinly - not too much
2 cinnamon sticks
Slice the pear as shown above
Squeeze 1/2 the lemon over the sliced pear to help from browning
Slice the other half of the lemon in to thin slices.
Fill a pitcher of water and add in all of the ingredients from above. Refrigerate for a few hours o infuse your water.
Add ice to glasses, pour over, and serve. Garnish with a slice of lemon or cinnamon stick for some extra spice.
Great for fruit infused iced tea.
