Sweet and tangy pineapple pairs wonderfully with the lemons in this drink. If you like your lemonade sweet, add a bit of honey or agave at a time until it hits the spot.
3 lemons, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh pineapple pieces
Honey or agave, to taste if desired
2 quarts filtered or spring water
Add your lemon slices and pineapple pieces to a 64-ounce Mason jar or pitcher. Sweeten to your liking, if desired. Fill with cold water and chill for several hours. Serve over ice.
